Mr. Augustine is a Certified Member of The American Society of Home Inspectors,(ASHI)The most Recognized & Respected Home Inspection Organization in North America. Russ has been inspecting homes since 1993, having done over 5000 Inspections. Russ spent 6 years on the ASHI-GLC BoD, passed the ASHI-GLC Master Inspector by Review, and is currently the DHS Chamber of Commerce President. Mr. Augustine is well respected among his Peers. Russ is an "Old Fashioned, Nuts & Bolts" Inspector. His Inspections typically last 3-4 hours and he encourages his clients to attend so he can show them what things are, how things work, and how to take care of things. He is a very thorough man.

Every Customer Mr. Augustine inspects the property with is treated with Respect as if he was Inspecting the property for his own Family.
That is what makes his Inspections "Special"
He will adjust his fees on multi-family dwellings/hotels/motels to remain "User Friendly". All of his clients are "Special" to him.
Hours:
Phones are personally answered 8am-7pm.
Russell does only one Inspection per day so he is not rushed or hurried to get to another Inspection,and he can give his clients "What it takes" on their Inspection.
Inspections are done 7 days a week
